Who we are

Hope in Healing Therapy Core Approach and Values

Hope in Healing Therapy provides trauma-informed, faith-based counseling for adults carrying the lasting effects of trauma, chronic stress, grief, and painful life experiences. We focus especially on serving single mothers, veterans, first responders, and adults with high-trauma backgrounds who are ready to heal in a way that is grounded, compassionate, and meaningful.

Safety
Healing begins in a space where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and free from judgment.

Authenticity
We provide honest, compassionate care that helps clients feel seen, heard, and understood.

Hope
Even after deep pain, healing is possible. We help clients reconnect with resilience, purpose, and hope.

Faith
For clients who desire it, Christian faith can be integrated into therapy as a source of comfort, truth, and restoration.

Empowerment
We support clients in reclaiming their voice, rebuilding confidence, and moving forward with clarity.

Restoration
Our goal is not just symptom relief, but deeper healing that restores peace, identity, and wholeness.

Mission Statement for Hope in Healing Therapy
At Hope in Healing Therapy, our mission is to provide trauma-informed, faith-based counseling that helps adults heal from trauma, reconnect with their worth, and move toward lasting emotional, mental, and spiritual restoration. We are committed to offering compassionate, evidence-based care for those who have carried heavy burdens for far too long.

Who We Serve
We work primarily with adults who have experienced significant trauma, chronic stress, or emotionally overwhelming life experiences. This includes:

  • single mothers carrying emotional exhaustion and survival stress

  • veterans navigating trauma, transition, and identity shifts

  • first responders exposed to repeated crisis, trauma, and burnout

  • adults with childhood trauma, abuse histories, grief, or complex relational pain

Why Hope in Healing Therapy
Hope in Healing Therapy was built to serve adults who need more than general counseling. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed care, faith-based support, and evidence-based approaches such as EMDR. Trained in EMDR in 2025 and currently pursuing certification, Christina is committed to continued growth in providing effective, high-quality trauma treatment. With experience serving veterans and families, she understands that healing requires both compassion and a clear path forward.
